Shipping policy

All non-perishable products are shipped within 1 business day of purchase unless otherwise stated or out of stock.  We reserve the right to cancel any items that have extended lead times due to unforeseen circumstances.  

For all non-perishable items: Actual shipping charges will be added to your order for orders under $99 USD.  Orders $100 and greater will ship FREE of charge within the continental US only.  International orders and orders outside the continental US will be plus shipping charges.

For perishable food items: All perishable item orders are PLUS shipping.  We will quote you actual shipping options for you to approve before we release for shipment.  For shipping of perishable items we must include the cost of dry ice and insulated packing containers.  Shipping of perishable items is at the buyers risk and we are NOT responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipper.  Additional shipping insurance can be purchased upon request.
